Description

The 96 Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Unigraphics software maintenance to Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software, 5800 Granite Pkwy, Ste 600, Plano TX 75024. Anticipated award date is 1 October 2008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 511210, small business size standard: $23 Million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. NOTE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT.
