- The Postal Service plans to issue a Fixed Price Contract for Administration Tower HVAC Renovation. The site is located 900 East Fayette St., Baltimore MD 21233-1020. All work is to be done in accordance with USPS approved plans and specifications. The estimated cost of the project is between $8,000,000 and $10,000,000 with construction completion within 470 calendar days from notice to proceed.
