- This announcement constitutes the Governments Notice of Intent to award on a sole source basis. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement number is W91ZLK-08-T-0573. This requirement is being issued as a Notice of Intent that the Government intends to negotiate solely with Phillips Corporation under GSA contract GS-07F-7729C. This acquisition is to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Phillips Corporation as the only responsible source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 8.405-6, Limited Sources Justification and Approval. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333515 and the Business Size Standard is 500. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
