- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to negotiate with Biotechnical Services Inc. for a two month extension, until January 30, 2009, to Contract Number N01-ES-45529, National Toxicology Program Technical Reports Preparation Support Services to continue performance of report preparation services until a replacement contract has been awarded. Authority: 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1(b). Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and unacceptable delays in completing the project make competition unfeasible for the continuation of this work.
