- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is H92242-08 T-0008. This solicitation documents incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-14, dated 22 November 2006 and DFARS Change Notice 20050930. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is C9E. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 238210, The Naval Special Warfare Group 4 requests responses from qualified sources capable of supplying the following: CLIN 0001: Purchase, provide and install amplifiers, speakers, horns, equipment racks, Central unit Processor and all other items required to upgrade existing paging system in accordance with the attached statement of work. New equipment must be compatible with existing equipment. Acceptance shall be at Destination. (a) The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government.. Control Module. •7. AF-Relay Module. •8. 2 Channel Output line modules. •9. Input Module; Mic/Line + 2 x Aux. •10. Monitoring Unit. •11. Pro Announce Designer Matrix Configuration Software. •12. Masterclock for Slave Clock with calendar. •13. Chime and Alarm signals. •14. 16 Space Sectional Wall Rack. •15. Solid front door, Fits DWR series racks, Black Finish. •16. Power strip; 9 outlet power center. Replace amplifiers and wire existing speakers in building 108,116,117,118,119,120, and medical trailers. •1.
