- FY 07 Predator Various Facilities Hangar Backshops, Creech AFB, Nevada. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236210: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, The Small Business Size Standard is $31 M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The FSC Code is Y199. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This announcement is set-aside for all Hub-Zone Contractors. A subcontracting plan is not required with this submittal. All proposals are due 16 September 2008, 1:00 P.M. PST. ALL OFFERORS/BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, EVALUATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. This Solicitation will be available on or about 18 August 2008. WORK CONSISTS OF Construct Backshop addition to the existing Field Training Unit (FTU) Hangar, Sanding & Paint Booths installed and systems incorporated of the existing General Maintenance Facility (GPMX) and provide Various Facility Landscaping. The FTU Hangar Backshop project is an addition to an existing hangar facility and will be comprised of reinforced Concrete foundations and floor slabs, masonry walls with reinforced frame, metal roof systems, fire protection/ detection, utilities, site improvements, communication support, pavements and all other necessary support and integrate with design and construction of the existing hangar and FTU addition currently under construction. Force protection for exterior walls & laminated windows. This facility will comply with Anti Terrorism Force Protection requirements and UFC's The Paint and Sanding booths are maintenance support equipment that will be installed in the existing GPMX including fire protection/ detection, utilities and all other necessary support and integrate with design and construction of the existing GPMX and GPMX addition currently under construction. This facility will comply with Anti Terrorism Force Protection requirements and UFC's Various landscaping provides landscaping throughout the Predator Beddown to compliment the facilities completed or under construction.
