Wolfe Ave., Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SUBJECT: Zodiac Enertec Four Bay Docking Station REF NO.: F1S0AF8133B001 DUE: 19 AUG 2008, 4 P.M. (PST) POC: ALEX K. WEICHOLD, 661-277-8590 (fax) 661-277-0470 DESC: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Zodiac Data Systems Inc, Enertec Division, 12725 Morris Road Extension Suite 180, Alpharetta, Ga 30004, as they are the only manufacturer able to maintain consistent integration and configuration required pursuant to the level of performance to function properly. Currently, the 412th Test Wing requires a four bay docking station for SC1551 media canisters in support of the Coral Phoenix Program. These docking stations are a critical part of the data recording system. These stations must be fit, form, and function with the Enertec recorders already installed on the aircraft and with the media cartridges used to record data. The docking station gives personnel the ability to simultaneously display up to four data files on one computer screen as part of the mission debrief software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334112 and the Small Business size standard is 750 employees. REQUIREMENTS Item 001: FOUR BAY DOCKING STATION for SC1551 Media Canister, Part # GR1500-04, Quantity 7 EA. Ship Date: 4 Months ARO. FOB: Destination Edwards AFB CA 93524. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award date is August 21, 2008. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, August 19, 2008.
