- The U.S. Postal Service is seeking proposals for a New Construction Leased (NCL) in Anna, TX. The desired building size is 5,075 SF of net interior space. Offeror will be required to purchase the site described in the Assignable Option to Purchase. Offers must be submitted using a USPS standard Lease, included in the proposal package, and shall provide a minimum of 2 months for acceptance of the offer. Submit offers to the party/address shown.
