- Description
- 65th Contracting Squadron, Lajes Field, Azores will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Registered Pharmacist Service. The contractor shall provide pharmacy services for and on behalf of the U.S Government IAW the laws and regulations and as stated in the Performance-Based Work Statement. This solicitation is "Unrestricted". The government intends to evaluate award on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and award a Firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 and the small business size standard is 100 employee. The entire solicitation FA4486-08-R-0016 will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 11 August 2008. Telephone and fax requests will not be honored. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (www.ccr.gov ) Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Facsimile quotes will be accepted.
