The Bid Opening Date is changed from Thursday, September 11, 2008 to Monday, September 15, 2008 at 2:00 pm (local).. The Bid Opening will be held at 2101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 200, Arlington, Virginia, as mentioned herein.
