- The solicitation number is F1S2AA8178A005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20070802. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 3695. NAICS is 423830 and the size standard is 100 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following services: Line 1: XT 400 Styrofoam Densifier: Weight 5500 lbs, Capacity-up to 400 lbs/hr, Overall Dimensions- 59/97"(w) x 108" (L) x 83" (H), Hopper Opening- 36x36" Power Requirements-480 Volt / 3 Phase / 100 AMP; Line 2: Shipping charges to Edwards AFB, CA 93524; FOB destination EAFB Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
