Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for 5 years with Micro Systems, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, for services necessary to maintain and repair System for Naval Target Control (SNTC) components, assemblies and sub assemblies. These services and associated hardware are needed to support the SNTC System, which is an Over-The-Horizon (OTH) Target Control System (TCS). MSI is the sole manufacturer of the SNTC TCS, and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or serves will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22.
