- REQUIREMENT: The USDA, Farm Service Agency State office in Jackson, Mississippi is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 12,495 usable square feet of Class A office space together with 60 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an areas bound on the North: by Lake Harbor Drive to Old Canton Road on the East; East: Bounded by Old Canton Road to Ridgewood Road to Lakeland Drive: South: Fronting the area bounded by Lakeland Drive, West: I 55 to East Frontage Road to North State Street to Lake Harbor Drive. TERM: The term of the lease will be Five (5) years with one five (5) year renewal option. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after award of lease. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent. WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4: 00 PM ON September 2, 2008.
