Description

DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Quest Software, Inc., 5 Polaris Way, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. This acquisition is for the renewal of NC-PASS Premium Maintenance. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance 1 Oct 2008 - 30 Sep 2009. Estimated cost is $167,000.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and maintenance must request a copy of the solicitation not later than COB 15 Aug 2008 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.
