- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY, BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS (FAR, PART 10, MARKET RESEARCH). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and nothing shall be construed herein or through the RFI process to commit or obligate the Government to further action as a result of the RFI. In addition, Contractors responding to this RFI shall bear all risk and expense of any resources used to provide the requested information. The information collected through this process is considered to be market research as described by FAR 2.101 and in accordance with FAR 10.002. The Government is requesting feedback and comments regarding the draft requirement (attached) to assertain if this requirement can be competed among Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Businesses. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any further RFP, if any is issued. This RFI is issued to assess the level of interest and capabilities of all interested parties. INFORMATION REQUESTED: a.Contractor background summary including: Contractor name, DUNS, TAX ID#, Point of Contact Information, E-mail, Phone and business size. b.Federal Past Performance Information (Summary of work, Examples if available, Points of Contact, E-Mail, Phone and Price). c.Technical Overview- Describe products or services available through your organization and the following: "Hours and days of operation "Experiences handling projects requirements as stated in Attachment "Delivery methods used to provide services "Staffing approach to ensure the appropriate personnel are provided and recurited. d.Comments on Draft Requirement. e.Other Federal Contractual Vehicles Information (i.e. GSA) RFI RESPONSE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES: Responses to the Information requested; is limited to twenty (20) pages in 12 pt, Times New Roman font, and not exceed 1MB in size. Questions about this RFI shall be sent by e-mail to Anselm Beach at anselm.beach@va.gov no later than August 22, 2008. No telephone calls will be accepted. All responses shall be submitted to Anselm Beach and Rachel Griner (rachel.griner@va.gov) by email no later than August 29, 2008.
