- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2FT038206A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. This is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 315211 with a size standard of 500 Employees; the SIC code is 2385. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: MFR: Crye Precision. Part #: APR-CS4-02-000, Combat Shirts, Custom Multicam Pattern. Designed for use with high-impact elbow pads (insertable). Mandarin collar(foldable) with a light weight high-performance synthetic knit torso. IFF/Patch Panel located on sleeve with velcro cuffs. Body Fabric is 50/50 NYCO Ripstop. OR EQUAL (Quantity 400). Line Item 0002: MFR: Crye Precision. Part #: APR-CP4-02-000, Combat Pants, Custom Multicam Pattern, Designed for use with high-impact knee pads (insertable). Padded waist band, with D-ring ready belt loops and removable D-ring. Full length waist management zipper and zipper fly. Body Fabric is 50/50 NYCO Ripstop. Front cargo pocket s & Rear bellows cargo pocket, 2 EA. OR EQUAL (Quantity 200). Line Item 0003: MFR: Crye Precision. Part #: APR-FP4-02-000, Field Pants R6, Custom Multicam Pattern. Shaped knees are reinforced with 330d Cordura®, and accept molded knee pads. Body Fabric is 50/50 NYCO Ripstop. A total of 10 pockets accessible while wearing a thigh rig with draw cord cuff. OR EQUAL (Quantity 200). Line Item 0004: MFR: Crye Precision. Part #: PAD-EC2-01-000, Combat Elbow Pad, Ultra leightweight 3D molded foam pads (insertable) into shirts elbow pockets, COLOR: Khaki. OR EQUAL (Quantity 400). Line Item 0005: MFR: Crye Precision. Part #: PAD-KC2-01-000, Knee Pad, Ultra leightweight 3D molded foam pads (insertable) into shirts elbow pockets, COLOR: Khaki. OR EQUAL (Quantity 200). Line Item 0006: MFR: Crye Precision. Part #: PAD-KF2-01-000, Field Knee Pad, Ultra leightweight 3D molded foam pads (insertable) into shirts elbow pockets, COLOR: Black. OR EQUAL (Quantity 200). All offerors shall provide sufficient technical literature to support an “or equal” evaluation if offering other than brand(s) listed. FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items.
