****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Garry Biller, Contracting Officer, Email: Garry.Biller@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX8CF648AX, NOUN: VXI Digital Module, NSN: 6625-01-477-1803; P/N: A31U29709-1. Quantity: 9 each applicable to Electro Optics Test System with deliveries to Tracy, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 9 each, 363 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 230 days after DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 9 each, 242 DACA. This requirement is restricted to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE CODE 26916) because manufacture of this part requires special test and or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
