- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-08-T-0205 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 13 August 2008. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System coder is 517110, and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN, OKINAWA PREFECTURE. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED TO OPERATE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. This procurement constitutes Item 0001. Controllable ISDN Secure VTC Enhancement w/KIV-73 Each - MultiClass S Secure/Nonsecure Signage System- MultiClass S Secure/Nonsecure System Controller with 7 inch Color Touch Panel- MultiClass S Secure/Nonsecure Controllable Switch Set- MultiClass S Secure/Nonsecure Cable Set- Titan 3014 Chassis- Titan RS-366 Dial Isolator- NIAP Approved Secure Switch- Adtran ISU-512 Inverse Multiplexer- MultiClass S Black Equipment Rack System- KIV-7HSB Encryption Device The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 13 August 2008.
