- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 2,850 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 2,200 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE AND 7 RESERVED PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than April 2009.. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Burlington, MA as further delineated by the following: •West: South on Route 3 from Route 62, North on I-95 to South on Middlesex Turnpike •North: East on Burlington Mall Road from Middlesex Turnpike to Cambridge Street (Route 3A) •East: South on Cambridge Street (Route 3A) from Bedford Street to include Corporate Drive to South Bedford Street •South: North on Wheeler Road from Middlesex Turnpike, North on Blanchard Road to South Bedford Street to Cambridge Street EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN AUGUST 20th, 2008 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)Legal description 3)Drawing of space offered. 4)ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5)Rentable Square Feet Offered 6)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7)Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
