Description

We are currently looking for manufacturers of UCV Systems that have systems that can meet the following requirements: The UCV closure system shall be able to close a 1-1/2" aluminum conduit (approximately 0.25" wall thickness) and obtain full closure in 80 microseconds measured from the detonator initiation. The maximum allowable leak rate through the closed UCV System shall be 1x10e-5 atm-cc/s. The UCV System will include a gate valve which shall obtain full closure in four (4) milliseconds measured from the detonator initiation. The maximum allowable leak rate through the closed valve shall be 1x10e-5 atm-cc/s. The UCV System will include a debris gate valve which shall obtain full closure in nominally one (1) millisecond measured from the detonator initiation. The supplier shall have a Quality Assurance Program that complies with 10CFR830.120 or NQA1 requirements or other equivalent quality programs.
