Description

The USPS invites all qualified firms to submit a proposal for the exclusive right and privilege to enter into advertising licenses for Commercial Outdoor Advertising signboards, billboards and displays, on property owned, leased or operated by the USPS. The USPS reserves the right to award a national contract or regional contracts. The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to seek firms that can (i) manage the present commercial advertising display leases, (ii) manage, maintain and market the commercial advertising displays located on the current locations, and (iii) develop, market, manage and maintain commercial advertising displays on new or additional locations including, but not limited to, buildings, vacant land parcels, parking facilities, other buildings and other property owned, leased or operated by USPS. The attached REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS document contains all information required of a qualified firm to submit a proposal.
