- General Information: Provide management, supervision, qualified personnel, equipment, materials, facilities to collect various environmental samples including groundwater (monitoring wells and water supply wells), surface water (springs, streams, and storm water), sediments, and optionally, air and soil, foodstuffs and biota. Subcontractor shall plan and manage the execution of sampling and/or facility/site inspection tasks to support the NESHAP permit monitoring, RCRA, PCP requirements, and in accordance with the New Mexico Compliance Order of Consent (2005) between NMED and DOE/LANL. Media sampled may contain radioactive and/or hazardous chemicals.
