- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northwest is in the process of awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract to provide Post Construction Award Services for P-356 CVN Maintenance Pier Replacement at Naval Base Kitsap at Bremerton, WA. The P-356 drawings, specifications and cost estimate were acquired via contract N44255-06-D-1104, Task Order 0001 to Berger/ABAM Engineers Inc., Federal Way, WA. This sole source requirement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), competitive proposals or proposals. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and must furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an Offerors ability to meet the requirement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a comparable product is available and whether the requirement should be competed. All responses or questions must be in writing via email (no telephone inquires will be accepted), send all responses/or questions to Ms. Angelina Dimagiba, at angelina.dimagiba@navy.mil. All responsible sources will be considered. The government will consider all submissions received prior to 30 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
