- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and AWRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE USED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA6161-08-Q-EXTENSIONCORDS and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0823. This solicitation will be issued unrestricted IAW FAR 19.502-2. The North American Industry Classification System is 423610. The small business size is 100 employees. The BIG SCHEDULE shall be for: LINE ITEM 0001 QTY 5 KT:CG03-01 Distribution Kit Includes (1) CG03-01A 48in Adaptor Cord. (1) CG03-01B 100ft 30 Amp Cord to Distribution Panel. (1) CG03-01BUK 25ft 20amp Cord Distribution Panel. (1) CG03-01D UK Receptacle Box. (1) CG03-01F Distribution Panel. (2) CG03-01G 100ft UK Extension Cord. (2) CG03-01G1 50ft UK Extension Cord. (2) CG03-01H 100ft US Extension Cord. (2) CG03-01H1 50 ft US Extension Cord. (1) CG03-01C2 100ft US Duplex Receptacle Cord. (1) CG03-01C1 50 ft US Duplex Receptacle Cord. (2) CG03-01CPS US Six-Receptacle Power Strip. The manufacturer for all items listed above is Cowart Electric. All items quoted must be the exact items listed OR EQUAL. The contracting officer will determine if the quoted products are suitable substitions making them qualify as an OR EQUAL product. DELIVERY: Shall be delivered to the Kentucky Air National Guard, 1101 Grade Lane, Louisville KY, 40213. FOB: Destination price MUST include shipping. Please include an estimated delivery date ARO. Request for payment must be submitted electronically to Wide Area Workflow system through http://wawf.eb.mil. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal. QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2008, as clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds currently applies. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to the provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLCITATION AMENDMENTS. Quote shall also contain all other documentations specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitations may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase orders resulting from this solicitation to the Best Value offer.
