- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA (VISN 7) requires wheelchair van transportation (with hydraulic lift) services for the Veteran Beneficiaries at the VA Medical Center, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA (VAMC Atlanta). The contractor shall furnish all personnel and vehicles with lifting capabilities to transport Veteran beneficiaries on a folding wheelchair, electric wheelchair or power scooter at any instance during normal business hours between 6 am 6 pm Monday through Friday and after business hours, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Federal holidays. The Performance Period will be November 15, 2008 through November 14, 2009 plus two (2) Option Years. This procurement is SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Vendor must have an established company with a Business License, Duns Number, Tax ID Number and a current Central Contractor Registration. Veteran Businesses must also be currently registered in vetbiz.gov. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 485991 with a small business standard size of $6.5 million.
