Description
54--The Bureau of Indian Affairs is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation RMB00080051 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-24 dated 28-FEB-2008. The items to be purchased consist of the following: requesting a quote for a 10 row x 75' x 30" elevated grandstand with the following: 1.) One (1) ramp ADA Code Compliance2.) One (1) stair unit with guard rail3.) galvanized steel understructure frame4.) galvanized 9 gauge chain line fence We would also like to have the contractor assemble and erect the grandstand on the concrete slab foundation that is being constructed by Riverside Indian School staff. The location of the school is Riverside Indian School, 101 Riverside Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005 in Caddo County, Oklahoma. The closing date for offers to be submitted is Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 12:00 PM. Also, if you are interested in this requirement you must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration website, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. The installation shall include all labor, equipment and materials to perform the work necessary to accomplish the work as described. The work shall be completed within 60 days after receipt of order. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercials Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items additional FAR clauses applicable to this action under this clause are 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.2222-26, 52.225-3, 52.225-3 Alt.
