- NAICS Code: 443120 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested anda written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-KS-08-00014 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The description of the needed products/services are identified by item number in this RFQ, with additional information provided by attachement. If you are unable to open the attachment, please use the contact information below to request a email or fax copy. Your quote must provide pricing for the identified items only, and no others. Your quote should be all inclusive to provide all products and services as no additional expenses will be considered. Travel and expenses related to provided the installation and training will NOT be paid. Please state delivery terms (dest/org) and time ARO in your quote. The products will provide data on the Region 7 network traffic and internet usage. This network monitoring is necessary to maintain the maximum network performance required for VoIP an dvideo streaming on the Region 7 LAN. The selection resulting from this request for quotation will be made on the basis of the best value for the Government from a responsible quoter, and award will be made by unilateral Purchase Order, issued using Optional Form 347. Wherever the words offer, proposal, offerors, or similar terms are used in this solicitation or applicable provision, they shall be read to mean quote, quotation, quoter, vendor, or similar corresponding term to reflect that this solicitation is a Request for Quotations and NOT a Request for Proposal or an Invitation for bid. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted. Quotes MUST be emailed, mailed or faxed and are due on or before Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 12:00PM Central Standard Time. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY REASON. RECEIPT MUST OCCUR BY THE STATED DATE AND TIME. Quotes shall include the contractors Dunn and Bradstreet Number, and FEderal Tax ID Number. In addition Quoters must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov.
