- REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease 6,270 - 6,930 rentable square feet which should yield 5,650 - 5,800 usable square feet of contiguous office or related space for the Census Bureau in Bowling Green together with three (3) on-site, reserved parking spaces. The space must be within the delineated area described below. LOCATION: The area in Bowling Green, KY within the following boundaries or county, to be located in Congressional District 2: Note: please see attached map. Within Warren County. Starting on north, follow the City Limits of Bowling Green east to Louisville Rd (US Hwy 31W/US Hwy 68); Louisville Rd (US Hwy 31W/US Hwy 68) north to Oakland Rd (St Hwy 179); Oakland Rd (St Hwy 179) south to US Hwy 68; US Hwy 68 east to I-65; I-65 southwest to where city limits intersect (along I-65 south of Wagon Trail); follow city limits around until they intersect back with I-65 (just slightly north of Green River Pkwy); from that point follow I-65 south to Green River Pkwy; follow Green River Pkwy west to Bowling Green city limits; follow Bowling Green city limits around to intersection of Russellville Rd and Green River Pkwy; follow Green River Pkwy north to Morgantown Rd; follow Morgantown Rd east to N Campbell Lane (St Hwy 880); follow N Campbell Lane (St Hwy 880) east to Bowling Green city limits. REQUIRED: The space must be contiguous and located on one floor in commercial, retail or industrial/flex space. The building should have a loading dock, forklift accessibility, or adequate alternative for deliveries. Lease should be "Full Service"; all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy August 17, 2009. Regularly scheduled public transportation and/or employee parking within three (3) blocks sufficient to cover commuting and visitor needs should be available. A variety of inexpensive, and moderately priced fast food and/or eat-in restaurants within three blocks, and other employee services such as retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc. should be available within one-half (1/2) mile. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type buildings having fully adequate means of ingress and egress, must fully meet the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) or capable of being altered to meet ABAAS. The building must also conform to current seismic requirements. LEASE TERM: Term is 16 months, 12 months firm.
