- The Class Code for this solicitation (RFQ) announcement is changed from Z to R. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Property Management and Resale Services for the Homeowners Assistance Program. These services include property management, maintenance, and resale of residential properties within the Naval Air Station (NAS) Brunswick, Maine area. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 531311, and the size standard is $2 Million. This project may include Options. It is anticipated the RFQ will be issued approximately 14 April 2008. The closing date of the RFQ will be included in the RFQ. Contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to a ward of this purchase order. The solicitation (Request for Quotations (RFQ)) and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from FedTeds. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors must be reg istered in the CCR and at the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeds) Homepage (https://www.fedteds.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the website for notices and amendments. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided.
