- REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease 6,270 RSF - 6,930 RSF rentable square feet which should yield 5,650 USF - 5,800 USF usable square feet of contiguous office or related space for the Census Bureau in Clearwater together with three (3) on-site, reserved parking spaces. The space must be within the delineated area described below. LOCATION: The area in Clearwater, Florida within the following boundaries or county, to be located in Congressional District 9: Within Pinellas County, the AOC is a portion of the City of Clearwater and a portion outside of the city limits. Starting at the northern boundary at St Hwy 580, go south on US Hwy 19, west on Enterprise Rd, west on Willow Tree Trail, follow south on Belcher Rd, west on Drew St with Clearwater Bay/Harbor serving as the west boundary, the south border starts on Druid Rd going east, south on S R 651, east on Lakeview Rd, south on S Lake Ave, east on Nursery Rd, north on US Hwy 19, east on Gulf to Bay Blvd, follow north on Co Rd 611, close the AOC by following St Hwy 580 west to where it intersects US Hwy 19. REQUIRED: The space must be contiguous and located on one floor in commercial, retail or industrial/flex space. The building should have a loading dock, forklift accessibility, or adequate alternative for deliveries. Lease should be "Full Service"; all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy August 17, 2009. Regularly scheduled public transportation and/or employee parking within three (3) blocks sufficient to cover commuting and visitor needs should be available. A variety of inexpensive, and moderately priced fast food and/or eat-in restaurants within three blocks, and other employee services such as retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc. should be available within one-half (1/2) mile. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type buildings having fully adequate means of ingress and egress, must fully meet the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) or capable of being altered to meet ABAAS. The building must also conform to current seismic requirements. LEASE TERM: Term is 16 months, 12 months firm.
