Description
Modification 4 to the pre-solicitation synopsis for the NASA/JSC ISS ProgramIntegration & Control (PI&C) Pre-Solicitation No. NNJ08ZBG002L posted on March 28, 2008,serves as notification to:(1) Inform Industry that the Government has posted the acquisition schedule which isoutlined on the ISS PI&C procurement website referenced in NNJ08ZBG002L(http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/isspic/default.asp ). (2) Inform Industry that the Government does not intend to acquire a commercial itemusing FAR Part 12, see Note 26.(3) Inform Industry that the contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) Fixed Price using Fixed Rates. (4) This potential 5-year contract will have a 60-day (calendar days) phase-in period. The period of performance will be for three base years with two 1-year options. (5) The Draft RFP will be issued on or about September 23, 2008.(6) The Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled for October 9, 2008. Please continue to monitor the website as any changes to these dates will be posted.All questions and answers will be posted to the public website. Inputs or feedback whichare not in the form of a question will not be posted. The ISS Program Integration and Control website has been updated to reflect thesechanges. The website is located at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/isspic/default.aspIt is the respondent's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of thesolicitation. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy ofthe solicitation and amendments (if any). Any referenced numbered notes may be viewed atthe following URL linked below.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
