- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911RP-08-T-0215 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. Acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside, all responsible small businesses that submit a quote shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 333999, the size standard is 500 employees. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical, 2 Delivery, 3. Price. Technical capability is more important than delivery which is more important than price. The Pine Bluff Arsenal requires quotes on the following item listed below: 1) Rolex Hydraulic Rotary Punch, Model 20CH. Unit price then total price. 1 ea. $ _________ $ __________ Delivery shall be made not later than 15 days after award. Acceptance shall be at destination upon delivery. Shipping terms will be FOB destination and will be delivered to the following address: Receiving Section RSI Branch, Bldg 53-990, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The award will be a firm fixed price contract/purchase order and will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (5), (15), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), (22), (28), (33), (35). The following subparagraphs of 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clauses of DFAR 52.212-7001 (b) and (c) apply: 252.225-7001, 252.225-7014, 252.225-7016. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3 must be included with the quote. The following clause also applies: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, Central Contract Registration.
