Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is for the renewal of annual software licensing of STILAS Integrated Library System (Item No. MNT-SWM-GO) Software System (ILS) Model II) for the period of performance 15 Sept 2008 - 14 Sept 2009. This is an intention to Sole Source to limited sources. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 (12 June 2008) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20080812. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS Code is 511210; size standard is $23M. The type contract anticipated is firm-fixed price.
