Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The DAPS Washington Office Group (Federal Gov't. Agency: DOD/DLA/DAPS) seeks to enter into a a 48-Month Lease contract. The contract is for new equipment, full service maintenance, all consumable items (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support, if required, for a quantity of 9 Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's)/Copiers. This contract will cover above equipment for the following customer/geographic area: Single Integrated Air Picture - joint Program Office (SIAP/JPO), 1651 S. Bell ST., Crystal Mall 3, STE 1102, Arlington, VA 22202. This acquisition to be solicited via GSA Advantage eBuy (Schedule 36 holder required)with tentative dates: Open: AUG 22, 2008; Close: AUG 29, 2008. Projected Term of Contract: 01OCT2008-30SEP2012 (Tentative). Contract will be subject to availability of US Government funding on a fiscal year basis. See Attachment (Statement of Work) for details.
