- Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order per FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)to McNaughton Book Service for : CLIN0001: Subscription to the McNaughton adult book lease 1 Oc08- 30 Sep 09, 1 Each. CLIN0002:Subscription to the McNaughton yung adult book lease 1 Oc08- 30 Sep 09, 1 Each 1. CLIN0003: Subscription to the McNaughton childrens book lease 1 Oc08- 30 Sep 09, 1 Each. Fot Travis AFB Library, CA 94535. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 424920 applies size standard 100 employees. SIC 5192 applies. FSC 7610 applies. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605.
