Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is R3083788 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is being issued on behalf of the Department of State (DoS) - Global Financial Services for Kofax, E-Power, and DocWise software in support of the DoS’s Document Imaging System (DIS) in Bangkok, Thailand. Please refer to the attached RFQ document for a schedule of supplies required (Exact Match Only). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-26. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $23.0 Million. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. All quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the following two email addresses no later than 5:00PM EST on 08/26/2008.
