- This procurement is a total Socio-Economic Small Business goaling Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote in line with the Government Estimate is NOT received by a responsible and responsive: 1). Small Disadvantaged Business, 2). Woman Owned Business, 3). HUB Zone concerns, 4). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or 5). Small Business all quotes received from small business concerns will be considered without further notice if in line with the Government Estimate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide cleaning and maintenance of recreation area site(s) in accordance with this specification. LOCATION: The work is located in Fremont County, Wyoming. One job site is approximately 17 miles southeast of Jeffrey City, Wyoming; and the other is located approximately 13 miles east of Jeffrey City, Wyoming. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time. A performance period of 12 months with a completion date no later than December 31, 2009. The estimated start date will be on or about October 1, 2008.
