- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Partnered Print Solutions, P.O. Box 1362, Dacula, GA 30019. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1. Partnered Print Solution is the manufacturer and sole maintenance provider for Labelview PRO Keyless Software and Label System. This system will allow identification of long term storage specimens in liquid nitrogen, gamma cell irradiation and ultracold freezers. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is not set-aside for small business. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
