Qualified souresare Lockheed Martin Canada, Kanata, Ontario K2K 2M8; CanadianCommercial, Ottawa, Ontario; and The Boeing Company, St. Charles, MO63301-0000. All other interested will be able to submit a qualificationpackage once solicitation is posted. Award of contract will not beheld-up for a source qualification.Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. See Note(s) 23 and 26. 23. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or themanufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, inaccordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 59.209-2.
