- Description
- The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking to enter into a contract with a photographer to obtain photographs of conservation practices across the State of Texas. USDA NRCS will arrange access to the sites and work with the photographer to set up and stage the photo shoots. Images will be taken primarily in high definition digital format, but there may be instances when a medium format film image will be required. Photo Rights: All images obtained during the assigned shoots will be the sole property of NRCS. NRCS will have exclusive rights to all images. Times and locations: Will be determined after contract award, but the photographer will be called upon throughout the base year and one option year to photograph conservation practices and plants during different seasons - to show variations during different times of the year. Locations will be throughout the State of Texas. USDA NRCS anticipates a total of five weeks of on-location shooting for this requirement during each year of contract performance.
