- THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS CONSTITUTES MARKET RESEARCH The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking potential sources capable of providing Home Oxygen Supplies to be delivered to its beneficiaries of the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), Reno NV. The contractor must provide delivery, set-up and maintenance of its own equipment and supplies; delivery, set-up and maintenance of Government equipment; perform patient education and provide regular reports. Government Furnished Property All CPAP Devices which may include masks, Non-heated humidifiers & heated humidifiers All BIPAP Devices Nebulizers (to include battery powered) Suction Pumps Air Compressors Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation System (IPV) Ventilators Contractor Furnished Property Concentrator Systems Liquid Oxygen Systems Portable Gaseous Systems Portable Gaseous Oxygen Systems Portable Liquid Oxygen Systems Ventilators and all appropriate prescribed equipment Air Compressors Aluminum Oxygen Tanks Steel Oxygen Tanks (Optional) Supplies (e.g. tubing, cannulas, masks) Setups and follow-ups shall be performed by a Contractor trained and qualified technician, or, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), or, Registered Nurse (RN) The VA intends to award a contract with one base year and four one-year options. The proposed NAICS code is 532291, Home Health Equipment Rental. The business size standard is $6.5 million. The VASNHCS' main facility is located at: 1000 Locust Street Reno NV 89502 and serves the counties of : Nevada Carson City Churchill Douglas Eureka Humboldt Lander Lyon Mineral Pershing Storey Washoe California Alpine El Dorado Lassen Modoc Mono Nevada Placer Plumas Sierra No formal solicitation document exists at this time.
