- This is notice of the Government's intent to make a sole source award to Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. to provide Caesy PATIENT EDUCATION DENTAL SOFTWARE PRESENTATIONS configured on a Lenox server. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 22 August 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses must be received NLT 2:00 p.m. EST 08-22-2008. Responses may be via email (sandra.bulls@na.amedd.army.mil)or fax (910.907.9303.
