- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered, under under NAICS code 811219 and the small business size standard is 6.5 Million. The requirements in this solicitation are: CLIN 0001, Accumed Premium (12 months) Main Pharmacy; CLIN 0002, Pharmacy 2000 Drug Equivalency fee (12 months) Main Pharmact; CLIN 0003, Pharmacy 2000 Premium (12 months) Main Pharmacy; CLIN 0004, Pharmacy 2000 (workstation Premium Only (12 months) Main Pharmacy; CLIN 0005, ACCumed (12 months) CTMC; CLIN 0006, Secure Scan Premiun (12 months) CTMC; CLIN 0007, Pharmacy 2000 Drug Equivalency Fee (12 months) CTMC; CLIN 0008, Pharmacy 2000 Premium (12 months) CTMC; CLIN 0009, Pharmacy 2000 (Workstations) Preminum (12 months) CTMC.
