- Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, superintendence, services and equipment to construct a new 11,400 SF USPS owned Carrier Annex on a site owned by the USPS in Waterloo, IA. Estimated cost range is $2M - $2.5M. Performance period is 330 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS OPEN TO GENERAL/PRIME CONTRACTORS LOCATED WITHIN A 400 MILE RADIUS OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IA, WITH A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE AND THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS FOR 100% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall value to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement, and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages are available for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $75.00 per package made payable to A&D Draft Aid.
