- The National Park Service contemplates issuing a sole source purchase order to furnish and install a sewage pump station to serve the Oconaluftee Maintenance Yard. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotations, however, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within twenty one (21) days after publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to complete this purchase order based oupon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See below a complete discription of the requirements for this procurement. The project is to furnish and install the following: Duplex pump station with grinders, 400 l.f. of 4" pvc pipe, 600 l.f of 2" HDPE force main pipe, installation of underground electric line to connect to the NPS load center, bore under Park maintenance road (including 4" casing for 2" HPDE). Connection of Oconaluftee Maintenance Yard sewage system to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians municipal system. Note: Sole Source Procurement: FAR Clause 6.302 and 6.302-1 apply. Estimate Price Range: Less than $50,000.
