- The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4), contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with L-1 Identity Solutions, Indentix Incorporated, 5705 W Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN for ABIS emulator capability; see list below for license editions and capability specifications. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 333315 with a standard size of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 7 business days after publication of this synopsis, no later than, COB, Thursday, August 27, 2008. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet requirements, to the Primary Contract via email. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
