- The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4), contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Complete Consultants Worldwide, LLC for Web-based Remote Examination software (WebRex) with 12 months of support service; see list below for software requirements. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541990 with a standard size of $6.5 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 7 business days after publication of this synopsis, no later than, COB, Thursday, August 27, 2008. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet requirements, to the Primary Contract via email. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. WebRex Software Requirements: -Use real time server communications, -Receives EBTS data via e-mail and FTP, -Provides responses via e-mail and FTP, -Allows multiple users to make conclusions, -Allows for conflict resolution, -Documents user conclusions to central databases, -Utilizes a web interface, -Allows for time-out of user sessions, -Permits configurable response formats, -Reports examiner efficiency and accuracy metrics, -Reports backlog and throughput metrics, -Supports priority based job queue sorting and work, -Supports time based job queue sorting and work, -Reports transaction status upon query, -Provides minutia indicators and ability to toggle view, -Provides efficient image zoom and rotate capability.
