- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HRA18193AG01 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. The NAICS Code is 335311 and the NAICS size standard is 750 Employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: Purchase, deliver, and install seven (7) 100kVA power distribution units (PDU) with remote monitoring capability, for AFWA Bldg 185. The PDUs must equal or exceed the currently installed equipment, which are Liebert FPC(s), model FPA11C341B; and must have the following features: - AC input 480V (3-phase, 3-wire plus ground) - AC output 208V (3-phase, 4-wire plus ground) - Main input power junction box w/ 10-ft input cable - K20 double-shielded isolation transformer suitable for highly non-linear loads - Power Monitor Panel w/ local Emergency Power Off switch, comm. interface to a Liebert site monitor - Three (3) 42-pole panelboard(s) for GE plug-in circuit breakers w/ 10 kAIC panelboard main breaker - Side panels - both sides - Perforated Doors - Casters and leveling feet Critical note: The PDU monitoring capability must also equal or exceed the current equipment, and must integrate into the enterprise monitoring system; which uses Raptor RIS-6 (Modbus-Bacnet convertors). All quotes must be received NLT Monday, 25 August 2008, at 1:00 pm (CST), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to james.wages@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Monday, 25 August 2008, at 1:00 pm (CST) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
