- This requirement is a sole source to Aerocontrolex Group (cage 98939), Painsville, OH. The Government does not own the master tooling required to manufacture this item. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquistion is to obtain a three year (basic year and two annual options) firm fixed price requirements type contract for repair of Hydraulic Nut Drive Actuator applicable to the C-5A/B/C ACFT. NSN: 1650-01-327-1355UC, P/N: 4H90628-101A, Noun: Hydraulic Nut Drive Assembly, Function: Manifold for Pitch Trim Actuatorm Horizonital. Basic year BEQ is 20 each, BEQ for Option I year is 40 each, and BEQ for Option II year is 60 each. Numbered notes 22 apply.
