- The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for 30 ea XTS5000 Motorola Radios. These radios are required because they must be compatible with existing on hand equipment. Applicable SIC is 3663 and NAICS is 334220. This synopsis is issued to meet the requirement of synopsizing requirements over $25K. It is our intent to fulfill this requirement through, GSA contract # GS-35F-0004L. Statutory authority for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 6.302.1.
